Tip #1 compliment the writer in a specific way
When you comment it is nice to leave a specific compliment
Be positive and be specific
Tip #2 add new information
Try to add somthing true specific to what hte writer is talking about
Tip #3 make a connection
It is nice to make a personal connection to the writer about what they are talking about
Eg: if someone is writing about there long walk you could say the longest walk you have done
Tip #4 end with a question
It is always good to ask a relavant question at the end of your comment
Tip #5 proofread your comment
He's just talking about using proper punctuation and grammer
